Man gunned down near Besson Street Police Station

Senior Reporter anna-lisa.paul@guardian.co.tt An East Port-of-Spain man was gunned down while liming with friends on the road yesterday, metres away from the Riverside Plaza and Besson Street Police Station. The victim was identified as Elijah “Dapper Sixx” Riley, 27, of Clifton Hill Towers, St Paul Street, Port-of-Spain. The shooting sent residents, including children, scampering for safety. Riley was shot multiple times and died at the scene.
