PM enjoys Carnival celebrations in Barrackpore

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar was out early yesterday morning enjoying J’Ouvert celebrations in Barrackpore. The Prime Minister was seen smiling with a lei around her neck. She was surrounded by several people including Culture Minister Michelle Benjamin and Naparima MP Narendra Roopnarine. The Prime Minister had urged citizens to have a safe and enjoyable Carnival and called on them not to do anything to embarrass themselves or their families.
