Three held in hardware break-in

SHANE SUPERVILLE Senior Reporter Two Laventille men and one Beetham man are expected to be questioned after they were caught by police on the compound of a Laventille hardware store early on Monday morning. Police said officers received a report that strangers were seen on the compound of the hardware store along the Eastern Main Road at 12:30 am and went to the scene. On arrival, officers saw three men at the business place and arrested them. The suspects—two 24-year-olds from Laventille and a 33-year-old from the Beetham—were taken to the Besson Street Police Station.
